Is this guy for real? Why on earth would he think that McDonalds should be responsible because he's not?

You have got to be kidding me. This suit should be dismissed, what a monumental waste of our courts time.
I agree. This a great example of how not to use our Judicial system.
Are you kidding me. People are just stupid. I understand that she is upset, but I would be more upset with my husband lossing his cellphone knowing that those pictures where on there.
I hope no taxpayers money goes to support this suit in court.
I read about that. This is a joke its no ones fault except himself.
