These lenders are making it extremely hard to purchase new homes. I just recently bought a new home in Northeast Philadelphia and I had to go through so much to get approved. But, I agree now is a good time to purchase homes if your able because the prices for homes are going cheap

I guess that makes sense why my neighborhood never took a dip down (we are somewhat close to Willow Grove AFB).
