The credit crunch: Loans out of reach

I thought this was bad news for those of us looking to start a business.

Banks need to start looking out for there customers and not their stockholders. This is why I have just recently pulled all of my bank accounts out of Wachovia and into a Credit Union.; September 28, 2008 at 7:58 AM
Tracyp said...: I did the same thing. The article said, the hometown banks have not seen the same effects or to the same extreme as the major banks have. I don't bellieve that we should be penalized for the mismanagement that occured at the major banks.; September 28, 2008 at 11:36 AM
ilovecoach said...: good article, and yes the rich get richer as the saying goes. No help down here for the lower and/or middle class folks. Isn't it difficult or don't you have to know someone to get into a credit union? It's sort of sad to me that in this article, people are still trying to take out home equity loans and yet they are getting them. What's upsetting to me is that this might push them over the edge into foreclosure because they are biting off more then they can chew.; September 30, 2008 at 12:20 PM
