Sorry if this offends anyone. We are learning the difference between assault & battery in Tort Litigation. I couldn't access the Blog for that class, so I decided to post it here.

Wow - that is too much! Can they just focus on the alcohol charges and just leave him to "shoot bunnies" if he needs to?? Is it possible that all this is happening because he is in a West Virginia town and the man is hispanic?? Something to think about.
