OJ's Lawyers Request Another Trial
This is just ridiculous. OJ was found guilty of 12 counts of robbery on October 3rd and his lawyers want it thrown out because it was an all white jury. This is a total joke. OJ's 15 minutes of fame are way past over. Football star, murderer who walked away and now he is trying to be a thief and walk away from that as well. Give it up OJ.

Im guessing that if the jury wouldn't have convicted him, he wouldn't have had a problem with the jurors!
Jill you are probably right. This guy just gets away with murder all the time, (pardon the pun). What made him think that even those his items were stolen from him, that he could just get them back so easily. . . ooops, I forgot, because he's O.J. LOL
This guys is just unbelievable. YOU ARE GUILTY and now you must go to jail - CASE CLOSED! Why do some celeberties think that they are above the law? Guess what guys, you are not.
From my experience with our criminal justice system there is always an appeal after an undesired verdict. Part of that appeal is always that defense counsel made some sort of mistake. Different counsel is used for the appeal.
Attorneys will use any possible argument to arrive at the desired outcome for their client.
Actually, a funny story...I had a very good friend, many years ago. He was an attorney and he did criminal defense work. If he lost a case and his client was convicted he always said that after the verdict was read, the client would turn to him and ask "well what happens now" (or something to that affect) and he would say "well, I am going back to my office and you, are going to jail".
