Ummm, I think that this required a 72 hour mental evaluation!
What a complete and utter waste of the courts time and resources. Our friend, Ernie, should have to pay the courts expenses for filing a frivilous lawsuit.
I wonder what the motivation was behind this?? Was this guy looking for some publicity for something? That is nutty & I agree, he needs an evaluation!
