You have to love the non-complete clause. Some employers let it slide sometimes, but lately since I work with contractors, employers are enforcing it more and more.
Kind of interesting that Apple is saying that IBM is not their competitor as a way out. I wonder what criteria the courts will use to determine that since both companies offer a wide range of DIFFERENT products. Maybe Apple is right.
