What a waste of the courts time and resources.

Why not worry about the rapists, murderers, drunk drivers etc?

A complete waste of time, energy and resources.

This is absolutely ridiculous. We have so many other important things to worry about in our country and we are worrying about our citizens wearing baggy pants. Who cares!?!? Don't the police have better things to do? The man that got in trouble got into most of his trouble because of his prior use of marijuana, but it is still ridiculous to find someone $150 for wearing baggy pants. This is a free country and what we wear should be the last concern. As long as the people wearing baggy pants don't bother me, I'm fine with it.

If you think that is bad, you should see the article about the woman who was arrested because she had an overdue book!!!

I am ashamed to admit I am from FL. This is a perfect example how some governments are taking their power too far.

They really spent too much time, effort and money in printing this article. What a waste!
They should focus more on the parents that leave their children in the car. Like the one that I called the police on this morning while she parked in the handicapped spot while she went in to get her coffee, etc.
Seriously, we have bigger fish to fry !

I think the baggy pants law is a waste of time. People should be able to wear any type of pants they want. It would be nice not to have people walking around with their pants around their knees and their underwear hanging out, and almost exposing themselves.
