Gambler's $20M lawsuit against casinos tossed

I found this article to be interesting and disturbing at the same time. Just another fine example of someone trying to blame others for their own bad judgement. I think she got what she deserved. Do you?

Isn't this like suing the grocery store because you are overweight?

No accountability or responsibility for our own actions anymore, it's just crazy.

Ridiculous is what I have to say! Why not just let a alcoholic sue a bar for getting him/her drunk day after day. The judge was a 1000% correct in dismissing this case!

Everybody is just to sue happy anymore and they just look for anyway they can.

I can not anybody thought they really had a case here!

I have only been to Atlantic City once but I clearly remember hearing commericals and reading signs with information about where to contact if you had a gambling problem. So if she didn't heed the advice that is already put out there then why would she even listen to a casino. If they would have stopped her from gambling she would have sued for some type of discrimination.

That is absolutely ridiculous that this woman would even attempt to sue the casinos. It's ashame that some people in this country are unable to take responsibility for their own actions. And this woman was a lawyer??? What would ever make her think that she actually had a case?

This is just dumb. She is trying to find a way to save herself so she wont have to go to prison. I love to gamble and sometimes it can get out of hand but you have to know yourself and be able to get yourself under control or relize that you need help and get it.
