New Business Court Aims to Streamline Disputes

http://blog.cleveland.com/business/2008/09/_cuyahoga_county_hopes_to.html

This article describes an interesting development for business to business litigation. I really like the idea of separating business courts from civil courts, and I hope it works out enough that this method will be adopted by all states.

I think this is a great idea. This may help open up a new door for corporate paralegals and lawyers.

This may work in Ohio, but I'd be surprised if it succeeds more often than it fails.

It seems like a waste of time and money to me. There will be more disputes over which court will hear which case. It is hard at times to draw the line between cases as it is and now they want to divide it even further.

This is an excellent idea, but will there be money in various parts of the country to instill this throughout? I'm thinking that the government will have to do some benchmarking to see if it will warrant it.

It's good to separate the business court from civil court:More specific on business. Great idea.
