Murder Suspect Uses MySpace to Defend Himself

It is interesting to site this extend people will go to help themselves. A site that is used mainly by teens. Who will see this and how will it effect others? It was weird to me.

I wonder how his defense attorney will feel about what he posted on myspace. Probably not a good idea.

If you use MySpace remember that people aren't always what they portray online. He is using it as a defense but could easily use it to socialize. Any idea if My Space pages are admissible in court?

How can he expect a fair trial after posting everything about the case online. They are going to have to pick only jurors that do not have computers or access to any.

This man is a selfish, violent, ignorant career criminal whose past actions dictate that he believes he's above the law. Time after time he has displayed a propensity for violence. The problem in America is that we are too light on crime and I personally believe that everyone that kills someone, without probable cause, should automatically receive the death penalty. Oh and it should be QUICK. Not ten years later. Maybe about two years later. Maybe then and only then, will they think twice before they take a life.

I feel like the MySpace page can certainly be a factor in court, but he could of done all that as a set-up after murdering her. It could of all been mind games that he was playing and he was planning to use this MySpace page in court.
